Tyler is a 10 year old boy who loves baseball and the Atlanta Braves.  He love playing baseball too.  Unfortunately he was on the disabled list last summer.  A second bout with Leukemia in the last 5 years meant a bone marrow transplant was necessary to fight the deadly disease.

Not only could Tyler not play baseball but he couldn’t be in public because his immune system had been suppressed so it would not fight the transplant.  He would have to stay in his house for most of the time.

Welcome Home Angel’s Design Team from Baby Swank Interiors created the perfect baseball room complete with memorabilia from professional teams and players, a signed baseball from the very successful UNCW Seahawk team, and a Louisville Slugger bat with Tyler’s own signature.  New furniture and a boatload of electronics completed this fantasy room that any boy would love.

Tyler’s little sister had her room repainted and the perfect touch added “…..I love my room.  I am so glad to have a monkey on my wall it looks so so so so so cool.” Kayle
